Group Counselling
Group therapy is an extremely powerful process where group members can gain support, enhance communication skills, develop effective coping skills, identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns related to daily living, mental health challenges, grief, addictions, mood or eating disorders, self-esteem, chronic pain, and many other concerns. Groups are customized to meet the needs of its members so that each member can receive support and encouragement, feel less alone, and gain insight from each other’s experiences.
